TwentY-first Sunday of Ordinary Time

Dear St. Joseph Parish Family,

I received a lot of feedback (grief?) regarding my pastor letter a couple weeks ago because I wrote that summer was almost over; however, it’s not officially over until September 22nd! To me it feels shorter as we are preparing for the beginning of our Fall ministries. Therefore, now is the time to ask people to join OCIA if they want to become Catholic or still need to receive Confirmation, or to sign up your children for CCD if they are not in a Catholic school.

Dominican Discourse is still meeting every Monday in McGuire Hall. A friar gives a short talk and then we have a discussion about the Faith. Everyone is welcome and it’s a great way to learn more about our Faith and to meet other parishioners. There’s a wonderful group of regulars, so please consider joining us every Monday at 7:30pm.
