4th Sunday of Easter

Dear St. Joseph Parish Family,

We have a new pope! Please pray for our new pope, Leo XIV, that he may be a wise and holy pastor of our Church.

Happy Mother’s Day! We are called to give thanks to those who have done such good for us, especially those we can never truly repay for all they have done, which includes in a special way our mothers. Let us give them thanks and keep them in our prayers. Also, give thanks to Mary, our spiritual Mother who always intercedes for us in heaven.

This Friday our Spring Thomistic Institute talks continue with our third and final talk for this Spring. Dr. Joshua Hochschild will give a talk entitled: “Is Free Will an Illusion?” It should be a fascinating talk relevant to many current issues and debates, and I encourage everyone to join us this Friday at 7pm in McGuire Hall.
